Here you can find everything you want to know about the club and what we do. We aim to provide information for both the sea and its surrounding coastline.
As well as training and voluntary rescue patrols, we also participate within the diverse unknown sport of surf life saving that includes a discipline to suit anyone no matter what your ability.

Summer Season Training Sessions
Monday Nights: Club Night & Triathlon Cover @ 6:30pm
Wednesday Nights: Senoir & Competition Training @ 6:30pm
Sunday Mornings: Swimming at Trinity School @ 8:30am
All Training Sessions take place at the TBSLSC Club House unless otherwise stated.
Don't forget to bring your wetsuit and towel. Training tends to include Beach theory work and practical work, the practical work includes a mix of fitness and surf life saving skills.
All ages welcome, all we ask is a reasonable level of swimming.
All training is supervised by qualified lifeguard.
